1. I have two left feet. Can I learn to dance?
Dancing is as easy as walking. Many people of all ages have successfully been taught “The Famous Stress-free Way.” Our motto is “We can teach anybody how to dance.”
2. How long will it take?
The length of the course depends on how many dances you would like to learn and how proficient you would like to become. Each program is personalized for you. Also you have the option to sign up for weekly lessons or more frequent ones, lasting from 45 minutes to ????
3. Is it easy to learn?
At our dance studio you’ll learn four simple basic movements from which all combinations are derived.
4. How much do lessons cost?
The cost depends on what dances you want to learn, the number of days and weeks in your dance schedule and how good you want to be. Remember, your first lesson is FREE. After your first lesson, your instructor can recommend a custom-made program and you will have the knowledge to make an intelligent and informed choice.
5. Does the fee have to be paid in advance?
There are several methods of payment available at our dance studio. You may pay in advance, or if you prefer, you can budget the fee in small installments or use any major credit card.
6. Will I learn the latest steps?
You can learn the latest steps in all social dances: Swing, Hustle, Samba, Merengue, Fox Trot, Rumba, Cha-cha, Mambo, Waltz, Salsa, Tango, and so on. Novelty and fad dances are also taught.
7. Will I have to return each year to learn the newest steps?
After a good foundation, you will be able to analyze the new steps and pick them up yourself with ease. However, many students return to our dance studio because they enjoy their lessons and the confidence they acquire.
8. May I take my lesson at any time convenient to me?
Take your lessons any time you wish. Our dance studio is open from noon to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday.
9. Will I have a professional teacher?
At our dance studio all of our instructors are professionally trained and NDCA certified. They have completed an arduous training regimen. You will be matched with the dance instructor who best suits your personality.
10. What benefits do I derive?
Social dancing is the key to a lifetime of fun, poise, confidence, and new friends. Besides that, dancing is a superb physical conditioner-providing a workout without the work! It opens up a wonderful new world of togetherness and a fun-filled social life!
